1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Raj Parichay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

2. Membership & Subscription

Raj Parichay is a premium-only platform. A monthly subscription of ₹500 is required to access all features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No free tier is available.

3. User Conduct

• You must provide accurate, truthful information in your profile
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior is strictly prohibited
• You may not use the platform for any illegal activities
• Impersonation of others is not permitted
• Commercial solicitation without authorization is prohibited

4. Bookings & Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. A 5-15% platform commission is applied to each booking. Booking funds are held by the platform and released to providers after successful session completion.

5. Identity Verification

We require identity verification for all users to maintain the safety and integrity of our platform. Verified users receive a trust badge on their profile.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on Raj Parichay is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Raj Parichay is not responsible for the behavior of its users. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee outcomes. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time through account settings.
