Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription payments of ₹500/month are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

2. Booking Refunds

  • Cancellation by User (24+ hours before): Full refund minus a 5-15% processing fee
  • Cancellation by User (within 24 hours): 50% refund
  • Cancellation by Provider: Full 100% refund
  • No-show by Provider: Full refund + ₹100 credit
  • No-show by User: No refund

3. Payment Protection

All booking payments are held securely by the platform until the session is marked as completed by both parties. This ensures fair transactions and protects both users and providers.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a session, you may raise a dispute within 48 hours of the session. Our admin team will review the dispute and may issue a full or partial refund based on the investigation.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
